We do not automatically replace any disks, because some customers may want to perform backups before any hardware changes. You will need to supply us with a date+time+timezone of when you want a fail disk to be replaced, and we’ll schedule it for you.

As software RAIDs are set within the OS, we’re not able to rebuild it for you.
We will replace the disk, and then it will be your responsibility to re-add the disk to a RAID and rebuild.
